Founded by family patriarch Chaim (Rick), Richter Caterers draws on over 29 years in the
catering and fine dining businesses. After honing his skills at some of New York's more
famous kosher kitchens, including Schmulka Bernsteins (Schmulks) and Schick Caterers,
master-chef Chaim became co-owner of the Grand Deli on the Lower East Side, helping
it achieve national prominence for outstanding meaty cuisine. Today, a proud epicure
with an unflagging passion for good food, he uses his unique talents to raise the bar of
upscale glatt kosher catering. Richter Caterers has handled hundreds of corporate
events and family simchas—sometimes for as many as 1300 attendees—while catering
numerous Pesach programs.
Now joining forces with Ohr Naava, Richters' team of culinary artists and
uncompromising mashgichim is uniquely suited to create the most palatable Pesach
ever: mouthwatering menus, meal after meal, complemented by an array of luxurious
extras like a 24 hour fully-stocked tea room, exclusively non-gebrokts cuisine, and
delectable poolside barbecues.
Their Pesach catering services this year are under the strict rabbinical supervision of
ORB, the Orthodox Rabbinical Board of Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
